Strider Technologies is on a mission to deliver strategic intelligence that enables faster, more confident decision-making for organizations around the world. As the leading strategic intelligence company, Strider empowers organizations to secure and advance their technology and innovation. We leverage cutting-edge AI technology and proprietary methodologies to transform publicly available data into critical insights. These insights enable organizations to proactively address and respond to risks associated with state-sponsored intellectual property theft, targeted talent acquisition, and supply chain vulnerabilities.
About the Role
As Strider Technologies builds its first data platform and analytics organization, we’re hiring a Senior Data Analyst to shape how data is used across the company. You’ll partner with the Director of Analytics and the Data Engineer to define key metrics, deliver insights, and drive adoption of analytics and AI tools across business units.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll translate business questions into data-driven stories, develop dashboards and reports, and help teams make smarter, faster decisions. You’ll also play a key role in our AI enablement initiative — partnering directly with business units to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and value creation using AI tools and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Product, Sales) to scope and deliver high-impact analyses.
Design and maintain dashboards and BI reports using tools such as Domo, Power BI, or Tableau.
Partner with the Data Engineer to define and evolve data models, pipelines, and transformations.
Use SQL and Python for data exploration, analysis, and automation.
Translate complex data into actionable insights through storytelling, visualization, and executive-ready presentations.
Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools into business workflows and support their adoption.
Serve as an internal champion for generative AI and productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor), training others to maximize their value.
Contribute to building an excellent analytics function by mentoring peers, documenting processes, and establishing team standards.
Key Qualifications
5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
Strong command of SQL and proficiency in Python for data manipulation and advanced analytics.
Expertise in one or more BI/visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
Proven ability to partner with both technical and non-technical teams to define KPIs, metrics, and business logic.
Track record of translating analytical findings into clear, data-driven recommendations.
Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics tools and enthusiasm for introducing innovative technologies.
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
