  • Support the front desk experience on occasion, including welcoming guests and coordinating visitor logistics.

  • Serve as backup to the Office Manager when needed—helping with office supply restocking, lunchroom upkeep, and basic vendor coordination.

  • Assist in maintaining workplace security procedures such as managing badge access or liaising with facilities or IT.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in executive support roles, ideally within high-growth technology or engineering environments.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable—comfortable taking initiative and solving problems independently.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interface confidently across teams and levels.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.

  • Experience managing sensitive information with discretion, accuracy, and trust.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
