  • Conduct variance analyses and deliver insights that inform strategic decisions.

  • Build, refine, and maintain financial models to support hiring, resource allocation, and capital investments.

  • Execute scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support executive decision-making.

  • Prepare and present performance dashboards, KPIs, and monthly reporting packages.

  • Use tools such as DOMO to enhance real-time reporting and data visibility.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A or relevant finance roles, ideally in AI, SaaS or high-growth companies.

  • Strong business acumen and experience collaborating with operational departments.

  • Advanced Excel modeling and analytical skills; strong grasp of financial statements.

  • Familiarity with tools like DOMO, NetSuite, and other financial or BI platforms.

  • Clear communicator capable of translating complex data into accessible insights.

  • Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
