Strider Technologies delivers strategic intelligence that helps organizations make faster, more confident decisions in an increasingly complex global environment. Using cutting-edge AI and proprietary methodologies, we transform open-source data into actionable insights that help protect technology, talent, and supply chains from nation-state risks.

About the Role

Strider is looking for an Applied Intelligence Manager to own NORAM Market Delivery — the function that sits at the intersection of data science, product, and commercial outcomes. This is not a traditional market-facing role. It is a builder's role. The person who succeeds here has deep technical fluency in data and AI systems, sharp commercial instincts, and the judgment to distinguish custom work that drives strategic value from work that does not.

Market Delivery is an extension of the product organization. This team does not advise, consult, or manage delivery from a distance. They build working solutions alongside Engineering, Growth, and CS — solutions that generate direct ARR, feed the product roadmap, or accelerate the commercial motion in government and enterprise accounts.

NORAM is a mature market for Strider. The product largely exists, the client base is established, and the bar for custom work is high. The work here is at the edges — extending what is already built, executing high-value engagements for strategic accounts, and ensuring the intelligence flowing back from clients is shaping what we build next.

What You Will Do

Own the NORAM commercial delivery motion. Partner closely with Growth and CS to identify where custom work creates outsized commercial value — contract expansions, Gov engagements, strategic new logos — and execute it. This team is accountable to measurable ARR contribution, not just activity.

Build working solutions on top of Strider's data infrastructure. Apply data science and AI methods to extend Strider's products for client-specific use cases. That includes entity resolution, risk scoring models, knowledge graph enrichment, and AI-augmented workflows. You are building on the platform, not around it.

Support pre-sale POCs and custom technical engagements. Bring the technical depth clients need to trust that Strider can solve their specific problem. You are the person in the room who can go from a client brief to a working prototype to a commercial outcome.

Feed signal back to the product team. What you learn in client conversations, deployments, and custom engagements is only valuable if it reaches the PMs in a form they can act on. Translating market signal into actionable product requirements is a core part of the job.

Own government delivery alongside the Gov team. Work as an integrated execution partner on government engagements — not independently. Understand the platform deeply enough to build solutions that are reusable across Gov opportunities rather than one-off.

Partner cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Growth, and CS. This role sits at the seam of multiple functions. The ability to operate credibly in a client conversation, a technical architecture discussion, and a roadmap review in the same week is the job.

What You Will Need to Be Successful

  • 5+ years of hands-on data science or applied AI experience, including production-grade model development and deployment.

  • Demonstrated success applying data science methods to commercial problems — entity resolution, risk modeling, knowledge graphs, or similar domains.

  • Deep expertise in Python. Familiarity with search infrastructure (Elasticsearch), graph-based methods, or distributed data frameworks (Spark, Ray) is a strong plus.

  • The ability to move between technical work and client-facing conversations without losing credibility in either. You can explain what you built, why you built it that way, and what it means for the client's problem.

  • Commercial fluency. You understand what makes a client engagement strategic versus transactional, and you bring that judgment to decisions about what work to take on.

  • Proven ability to take an ambiguous brief, define the technical problem, and deliver something that works and that people actually use.

  • Experience working alongside or directly supporting government clients is strongly preferred.

  • Background in intelligence, national security, supply chain risk, or a related domain is a significant plus.

Why This Role

  • You will work at the intersection of AI, data science, and strategic intelligence — applying methods that matter to problems with real stakes.

  • You will have direct commercial accountability and the autonomy to define what NORAM Market Delivery looks like as Strider scales.

  • You will work closely with a product team that treats data fluency as a prerequisite, not a differentiator — and with clients who are operating in the highest-stakes environments in the world.

  • You will be part of a company transitioning from smart people solving hard problems to smart systems solving them at scale — and this role is central to that transition.

  • Competitive Compensation

  • Company Equity Options

  • Flexible PTO

  • Wellness Reimbursement

  • US Holidays (Office Closed)

  • Paid Parental Leave

  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

  • 401(k) Plan
