To make that possible, we need a hands-on recruiter who can take ownership of roles end-to-end, work smarter (Think AI & Automation), build brilliant candidate relationships , and partner with our hiring managers to deliver a world-class experience.
Youβll join our People & Ops team, working closely with the wider leadership team to support their team growth, and play a big part in ensuring we hit our ambitious hiring goals for the rest of 2025 and 2026!

Key Responsibilities ποΈ
Own full-cycle recruitment β from briefing and JD drafting to sourcing, interviews, and offers.
Partner with hiring managers π€ β build trust, ask smart questions, and push for clarity.
Source creatively π β refine searches, iterate, and go beyond keywords to find great talent we expect you to already be using AI to supercharge your sourcing!
Screen candidates β run CV reviews and discovery calls to spot fit early.
Deliver an excellent candidate experience π¬ β keep communication proactive, clear, and empathetic.

- Commercial awareness of startup/scaleup hiring challenges π
- Comfort using data dashboards or recruitment metrics to track progress π
- Interest in building a personal brand on LinkedIn or within the recruitment community π
