The Role:
Cognism's goal is to become the world’s preferred lead generation platform for the SME market and data provider for the Enterprise market. Within the SDR team, you’ll find a group of dynamic, adaptable, and driven professionals who thrive on hunting new business and introducing our product to help companies grow and drive revenue.
We are looking for an ambitious and resilient SDR who is eager to develop their sales career. This role requires determination, adaptability, and a competitive spirit. You will be responsible for exceeding your monthly meeting quota and making a direct impact on Cognism’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
As an SDR at Cognism, you will:
- Engage with a high volume of inbound leads, quickly qualifying prospects to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, to generate new pipeline opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of our ideal customer profile to effectively assess fit and need.
- Drive Performance & Results – Maintain a competitive mindset and consistently work towards exceeding targets.
- Adapt & Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment – Stay agile and proactive in learning new tools, processes, and market trends.

- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred
Note: This is an office-based role. During your initial training period, you will be required to work in the office five days a week. Once you have successfully ramped up, you will have the option to work in the office four days per week.
