We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead one of our core user experiences and shape its future. In this role, you’ll own major product initiatives, working cross-functionally to define requirements, execute strategies, and deliver features that make a meaningful impact on our customers and the business. You’ll play a pivotal role in setting the product vision, building the roadmap, and driving innovation across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Define and document detailed specifications for major features, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and teams.
- Drive the end-to-end product delivery process, making trade-offs to deliver high-quality functionality on time.
- Lead quality assurance efforts for complex features, identifying issues and ensuring smooth, successful launches.
- Leverage analytics tools to proactively uncover insights, track success metrics, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Design and execute plans for gathering user feedback through surveys, usability
- Advocate for the product vision across teams and stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment.
- You’re an optimistic leader who approaches challenges with positivity and enthusiasm.
- A strategic thinker with a proven ability to connect product functionality to business outcomes.
- A data-driven decision-maker who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- A strong communicator who can effectively work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- A customer-centric problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of launching impactful features.
- Proficiency in product analytics tools, including defining instrumentation and analyzing results.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and experience collaborating with design teams.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
