OUR WORK MODEL

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our location office 2 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.

YOUR ROLE

As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll help global customers hit the ground running with our products. You’ll turn complex ideas into simple solutions, lead smooth implementation processes, and work with teams across the business to make every customer journey a success. YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES

  • Lead post-sales discovery sessions to capture client requirements, enabling tailored project plans and seamless Cognism product integration that meet unique business needs.
  • Facilitate end-to-end implementation lifecycles from discovery to sign-off, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with customer goals.
  • Facilitate continuous client communication to gather actionable feedback, influence product enhancements, and ensure solutions exceed expectations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and departments to align priorities, share insights, and ensure seamless execution of the implementation process.
  • Provide proactive customer support to address needs effectively, fostering trust, strengthening relationships, and driving long-term satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks during implementation to minimize project delays and safeguard quality outcomes.
  • Uphold rigorous quality standards and best practices to ensure every deployment is consistent, efficient, and customer-focused.

  • Creative Problem-Solving & Prioritization – Proactive in finding innovative solutions, managing multiple priorities, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Professional Experience – 1+ years of experience in a customer facing role, delivering high-quality support and building long-term client satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise – Knowledgeable in CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365), ticketing systems (Intercom, Zendesk, Jira), and core tools including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing – Experienced in creating clear process guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for internal teams and external users.
