OUR WORK MODEL

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our London office 3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.

YOUR ROLE

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you'll drive revenue growth by managing and expanding high-value customer accounts. You'll focus on renewals, upsells, and cross-sells while building strong relationships with key decision-makers. Your goal is to maximise revenue potential through a consultative, value-driven approach. You’ll operate at the intersection of relationship management and revenue generation — building deep partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and influencing key stakeholders to unlock value and scale.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITES

  • Drive Strategic Account Growth – Manage and expand a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities that align with customer goals.
  • Lead Commercial Conversations – Own the full commercial cycle within existing accounts, including pricing, contract renewals, and expansion deals.
  • Deepen Stakeholder Engagement – Build and nurture multi-threaded relationships across senior leadership, procurement, and operational teams.
  • Uncover New Business – Proactively identify whitespace and generate net-new business within your account base.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions and maximize customer value.
  • Own Forecasting & Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate forecasts and opportunity tracking through Salesforce, ensuring visibility and accountability.
  • Champion the Customer – Act as the voice of your accounts internally, influencing roadmap decisions and go-to-market strategy.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • Enterprise Sales Experience – 5+ years managing large, complex accounts in a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of expansion and retention.
  • Commercial Acumen – Demonstrated ability to lead high-value negotiations, manage 6- to 7-figure deals, and align solutions to business outcomes.
  • New Business Mindset – Hunter mentality within existing accounts — you're proactive, strategic, and always looking for the next opportunity.
  • Strategic Relationship Builder – Skilled at engaging multiple stakeholders and mapping decision-making units across global enterprises.
  • Self-Starter – Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Data-Driven Operator – Use insights, CRM tools, and customer data to inform decisions and drive outcomes.
  • Exceptional Communicator – Clear, confident, and credible in both written and verbal communications with executive-level audiences.
  • Team Player – Strong collaboration skills.
