📝Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Interim Head of People to cover a 6-month maternity leave and ensure full continuity of our People function during a critical period for the company.
2026 is Mytraffic's pivotal year: a major product pivot toward our AI companion Gini, a new go-to-market model, and a people strategy under active transformation. The person stepping in will not be a caretaker — they will own the full HR agenda across France, Spain, and the UK, set the direction, and deliver on concrete strategic milestones.
You will report directly to the COO and sit on the Leadership Team.

The People Team is a lean, high-impact squad of 3 direct reports:
Marion — People Ops (permanent), owning payroll, admin, and onboarding excellence
Julie — Office Manager (apprenticeship contract), experienced in supporting both the Paris office, remote employees in France, and the Spain office
Adèle — Talent Acquisition Manager (currently on leave)
As Interim Head of People, you will lead this team, act as the strategic HRBP for all managers, and be the primary People partner for the Leadership Team. The team operates with strong processes and AI-native workflows already in place — you will primarily focus on running the function at a high standard, with room for continuous optimization where relevant.
💼 To give you more details about your day-to-day at MyTraffic :
Define and carry the People vision — set the HR roadmap through at least Q1 2027, inspire the team, and act as the strategic HR compass for the Leadership Team
Lead the People agenda across the full employee lifecycle (France ~50 employees, Spain ~30, UK 1), acting as the strategic HRBP for all business units
Own quarterly People reporting — produce the People data deck for the Leadership Team, track engagement OKRs, and drive data-informed decisions
Ensure EU Pay Transparency Directive compliance throughout the annual performance review and salary raise process at year-end, across all entities
Manage and develop the People team (3 direct reports), maintaining the team's AI-first operating model and high standards of execution
Own the performance cycle — run quarterly reviews in Lattice, support managers on PIPs, probation decisions, and career conversations using the Mytraffic leveling framework
Ensure legal & social compliance across France, Spain, and the UK, including CSE management and sensitive HR situations
Continue the rollout of the Leadership Operating Model, coaching managers and enabling the cultural transformation in progress
Guide and support the HR team on their strategic projects, including the development of our Learning & Development platform
🫵 About you :
Hard Skills
10+ years of experience in HR, with a track record as Head of People in a fast-growing tech scale-up
Proven expertise in French labor law (native-level fluency in French required); working knowledge of Spanish employment law is a plus
Hands-on experience with performance management, compensation structuring, and legal compliance
Fluent in English (working language) and French (native)
Comfortable with HR tooling (ideally: Lattice, Lucca, Teamtailor or similar) and AI-powered workflows
Previous experience as interim or fractional Head of People is a strong asset
