About the Role

Pelico is hiring a Strategic Finance profile to reinforce its Finance team and own transaction-side work. You will work on financial planning, reporting, and management control and take the lead on everything deal-related: financial modelling, investor reporting, due diligence support, and data room preparation for Pelico's future fundraising rounds. This role is for someone who craves ownership, thrives on live transactions, and wants to grow fast in a high-ambition environment

Your Missions

• Co-own the FP&A cycle with Lucie: monthly reporting, budget tracking, variance analysis, and forecasting

• Build and maintain Pelico's financial model (SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, LTV/CAC, burn, runway)

• Prepare investor reporting: KPI dashboards, board materials, and LP/investor update packages

• Lead data room structuring and maintenance for future fundraising rounds

• Support financial due diligence: respond to investor requests, prepare sensitivity analyses

• Deliver ad-hoc strategic finance analyses (competitive benchmarking, scenario modelling, M&A screening)

• Collaborate with Mounia on financial narratives for external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in Transaction Services (Big4), M&A advisory, or Strategic Finance

• Advanced financial modelling skills (DCF, LBO, SaaS valuation, three-statement model)

• Experience in FP&A or management control: budget cycles, variance analysis, KPI reporting

• Fluent English — comfortable in investor and board-level communication

• Highly structured, rigorous, and autonomous — able to manage multiple workstreams

• Genuine interest in SaaS and tech — you understand the metrics that matter

Nice to Have

In-house experience at a SaaS scale-up or exposure to SaaS deals in advisory
Knowledge of fundraising mechanics (Series A–C) and data room best practices
Familiarity with financial planning tools (Pigment, Anaplan, or similar)
Exposure to secondary transactions or M&A processes
