About Pelico
Traditional industrial manufacturing systems were built for predictability. Supply chains no longer are. Today, real-time data is buried in legacy tools that weren't designed for constant disruption. By the time an issue surfaces, it has already snowballed, sending everyone into firefighting mode. Pelico exists to close the gap between production plans and the daily reality on the factory floor.
We've built the manufacturing orchestration platform trusted by the world's most complex industrial operations: companies like Airbus, Daikin, Safran, Eaton, and Cartier. Our AI connects fragmented supply chain, production, and quality data into a single live operational picture — then puts AI agents to work anticipating disruptions, simulating recovery options, and keeping every team aligned before small problems become expensive ones.
Founded in 2019 and backed by General Catalyst, 83North, and Serena, we've raised $72M and are growing fast — 300% year-over-year revenue growth, deployed in 15+ countries, and supporting factories worldwide. We're headquartered in Paris, with offices in Miami, London and Amsterdam, and we're just getting started.
This is a rare chance to join a company that's redefining an industry that hasn't been disrupted in decades — from the inside.
About the Role
Pelico is seeking a Product Manager - Solutions to help turn complex aerospace and manufacturing operations problems into AI-native, repeatable, and sellable products.
This role sits at the intersection of customer discovery, product strategy, AI-first workflows, product capabilities, and go-to-market readiness. You will help identify high-value operational problems across customers, translate them into scalable products, and work with Product, Engineering, Customer Operations, Sales, and customers to bring those products to market.
The mission is not to build bespoke features for individual accounts. It is to discover repeatable patterns, define product narratives, and shape AI-powered workflows that help manufacturers plan, prioritize, detect risks, solve disruptions, and execute decisions faster.
What You'll Do
Product Strategy: Contribute to the product vision for one or more product lines — defining customer problems, users, and the operational moments where Pelico creates measurable value, and distinguishing customer-specific requests from scalable product opportunities. Help define success metrics: operational impact, adoption, time saved, and commercial repeatability.
Product Execution: Work closely with Engineering, Data teams, Operations Researchers, Customer Operations, and Sales to turn messy operational pain points into clear product capabilities and workflows. Help design flows that combine human expertise, optimization, rules, alerts, and automation, and translate what you learn into reusable product requirements so the work strengthens Pelico's core product over time rather than creating one-off, bespoke builds.
Customer Discovery & Design Partners: Work directly with enterprise customers and design partners to map workflows, constraints, and KPIs, and to shape pilots into scalable deployments rather than one-off delivery projects.
Go-to-Market Readiness: Help build the product narrative, demo flows, and proof points with Sales and Customer Success so they can articulate it independently, and turn pilot learnings into reusable GTM assets.
Outcome Ownership: Anchor product decisions in measurable outcomes — operational efficiency, faster risk detection, planning quality, throughput and execution reliability, and strong, repeatable customer adoption.
AI as an Enabler: Across the above, look for where AI — agents, copilots, recommendations, and automation — can meaningfully remove manual work or support better decisions, and help define how users interact with it (proactive suggestions, explainable outputs, human-in-the-loop approval).
About You
Product Management Experience: 4+ years in product management in Enterprise B2B SaaS, with experience turning complex customer problems into product capabilities or product lines
AI Product Sensibility: Good understanding of how AI — agents, copilots, recommendations, and automation — can augment experts, automate repetitive work, and orchestrate decisions across complex enterprise operations
Customer & Domain Depth: Ability to learn complex operational environments quickly, map workflows, understand KPIs, and identify high-value product opportunities
Enterprise B2B Exposure: Some experience with products or solutions for large enterprise customers, with an understanding of adoption, change management, safety, explainability, and deployment constraints
Productization Mindset: Ability to help separate bespoke customer requests from repeatable product opportunities, and to help convert discovery into reusable modules, workflows, and requirements
Technical Acumen: Comfortable collaborating with engineers, data scientists, AI/ML teams, and operations researchers. Able to discuss data flows, system constraints, AI behavior, workflow automation, and integration requirements
Cross-functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work across Product, Engineering, Customer Operations, Sales, and stakeholders
Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to prioritization, able to balance ambitious innovation with pragmatic enterprise deployment
Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to articulate complex operational and AI concepts to engineers, customer users, and GTM teams alike
Domain Interest: Genuine interest in supply chain, manufacturing, aerospace, MRO, operations research, planning, or industrial software
Nice to have:
Experience contributing to AI-powered B2B products, copilots, agents, intelligent automation, decision-support tools, or workflow orchestration products
Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, aerospace, MRO, quality, planning, procurement, logistics, or operational execution software
Familiarity with LLM-based workflows, RAG, tool use, prompt design, evaluation, AI observability, or human-in-the-loop patterns
Exposure to operations research, optimization, simulation, constraint programming, or planning systems
Previous experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup, industrial software company, or AI-first company
Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success to create product narratives, demo flows, and customer proof points
